MEET THE OWNERS

Meet Jamie & Ethan.

Ethan and Jamie bought Winthrop in 2003 and spent the next twenty years carefully restoring the estate, from the original details and gardens to the rooms where groups now gather.

They are not a hotel group or a property management company. They are the owners, and the estate is cared for like a home.

When your group arrives, one of them will welcome you, walk you through the house, and make sure you have what you need. Then they step back, so your group has the privacy it came for.

Once your group arrives, the estate becomes your private home base for the stay.

Where Your Group Sleeps

13 Bedrooms. 16 Beds. Space for up to 24 Guests.

Two wings, 10.5 bathrooms, and room for your group to stay together under one roof.

Main House

Seven elegant bedrooms with period furnishings, including six private bathrooms across the seven rooms.

These rooms are ideal for the core group, leadership team, or principal guests.

North Wing

Five additional bedrooms in the original staff wing, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups, support team members, or overflow guests.

Together, the layout gives your group both shared space to gather and private space to rest.
